How should I store my Werner Gourmet Meat Snacks?
To maintain peak freshness, store unopened packages in a cool, dry place. Once opened, we recommend consuming the product within three days or refrigerating it to preserve the texture and flavor.
Are your meat snacks gluten-free?
Many of our products are naturally gluten-free; however, some recipes contain soy sauce or other ingredients with gluten. Please check the specific ingredient list and allergen statement on each product page before purchasing.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
We typically process and ship orders within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, standard ground delivery usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location relative to our facility in Tillamook, Oregon.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship our meat snacks and jerky products within the United States. Due to customs regulations regarding meat products, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order or a product arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
